On October 8th, Okotoks Honda, represented by Service Manager Brian Shepherd was recognized at a Disability Employment Awareness Month (D.E.A.M.) recognition awards. The event was held at the Highwood Golf Club in High River and other Foothills area employers were also recognized. Brian was approached under the Rotary Employment Partnership with Inclusion Alberta. Inclusion Alberta provides support to the employer and employees throughout their tenure.

On September 19 & 20, we’re hosting a free, public Gala Art Sale in support of the Foothills Country Hospice and their much-needed expansion from 8 to 16 beds. This vital project will ensure more families can access compassionate end-of-life care close to home.
Your business can make a meaningful difference. Sponsorships range from $1,000 to $5,000, with recognition opportunities to suit all levels of support. Sponsors help cover event costs, allowing 100% of art sale proceeds to go directly to the Hospice.

Support local artists while helping Foothills Country Hospice with its expansion from 8 beds to 16. Hosted by the Rotary Clubs of Okotoks and High River, over 50 artists have been selected to show and sell their original paintings in support of the Foothills Country Hospice. We'll be at the Viking Rentals Centre (formerly Foothills Centennial Centre) in Okotoks from 5 - 9 PM on Friday, September 19th and from 9 AM to Noon on the following morning. There will be hors d'oeuvres served and a $5 cash bar on the Friday evening. Come out and support our Hospice, a vital facility in the Foothills community.
